ASK A MASTER GARDENER

Master Gardeners who have been trained through the University of Tennessee’s program answer the public's questions about gardening. We provide science-based, unbiased information to assist gardeners with best practices and research-based information to help improve their gardening experiences.

The Ask a Master Gardener team consists of seven Master Gardeners and two County Extension Agent advisors. We work together to identify subjects for timely articles to write for a local newspaper to provide education. We also respond to individual questions from the general public to help problem solve specific issues that arise in their gardens.

Previously published articles are accessible and are arranged by topic in the left hand box.
